Your tasks

• Management and motivation of the IT team: Management of a small IT team, including promoting a productive working atmosphere and ensuring smooth cooperation within the team and with other departments.
• Operational security & stability: Ensuring efficient and trouble-free IT operations as well as the availability and stability of the Microsoft server landscape.
• IT infrastructure & security: Responsibility for managing the IT infrastructure and ensuring IT security.
• Innovation and increased efficiency: Continuous further development and optimization of IT tools and processes in order to sustainably improve the efficiency and performance of the company.
• Strategic responsibility for the ERP system: Responsibility for the introduction and integration of the new Microsoft ERP system, including ensuring efficient cooperation between project management, IT team and specialist departments.
• Process consulting and coordination: Main contact person for the specialist departments in the management, implementation and continuous optimization of processes within the framework of IT-supported business solutions.

What you bring with you

• Degree: Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree.
• IT expertise: Sound knowledge of IT systems and infrastructures as well as a strong understanding of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in ERP and process management: Several years of professional experience in the introduction, optimization and support of ERP systems as well as in the design and implementation of efficient business processes.
• Analytical and strategic thinking: ability to quickly grasp complex interrelationships, develop innovative solutions and make strategic decisions.
• Leadership and social skills: Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, team spirit and a high degree of initiative and organizational skills.
