Your tasks
- Production responsibility over the entire processing procedure and thus ensuring product quality
- Optimization of the process steps and thus a guarantee of the production flow
- Continuous process optimization through the application of our own sound experience
- Personnel management, training and motivation
- Ensuring compliance with legal and technical regulations
- Evaluation and analysis of decisive, relevant key figures and regular reporting
What you bring with you
- Completed technical training, preferably with appropriate further training (technician, master craftsman or similar)
- Relevant professional experience in production management, management responsibility an advantage
- Very good analytical thinking skills and a strong desire for optimization
- Implementation strength, persuasiveness as well as modern leadership skills
