Your tasks
- Managing the entire supply chain: From raw material procurement to end customer delivery, ensuring that material flows run smoothly, cost-efficiently and on time.
- Optimization of processes: Identifying and implementing potential through the use of modern methods such as lean management and digitalization.
- Establishment and further development of supplier relationships: Selection, qualification and auditing of national and international suppliers to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Conduct contract negotiations: Negotiate terms with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure stable delivery conditions and cost efficiency.
- Inventory management and bottleneck avoidance: Reduce storage costs and guarantee security of supply through precise demand planning, forecasting and just-in-time processes.
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes: Increasing efficiency through strategic network design, KPI-supported measurement of performance and optimization of transport routes.
- Quality management along the supply chain: ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting supplier audits and implementing improvement measures.
- Interface management: Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners to further develop and increase the efficiency of the supply chain structure.
- Work preparation: Creation and maintenance of work plans and production orders, planning of work and assembly processes as well as optimization of machine utilization and resource allocation.
What you bring with you
- Qualifications: Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
- Technical understanding: knowledge of the design and manufacture of sheet metal parts and welded assemblies
- Commercial know-how: Economic understanding of machine assemblies
- Methodological competence: Experience with lean methods for process optimization
- First practical experience: Basic knowledge of supply chain management
- Personal strengths: Ability to work in a team as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
