Your tasks

  • Order acceptance: Processing orders from our international customers in close cooperation with our area managers.
  • Availability check: Checking orders for availability on the desired date, order confirmations and invoicing
  • Export documentation: Preparation of all necessary export documents for our international customers and business partners.
  • Customs and foreign trade documents: Preparation of the necessary customs and foreign trade documents, also using electronic data exchange.
  • Communication: Independent communication with our branches and forwarding partners.
  • Transport coordination: You will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the transportation of our machines.

What you bring with you

  • Education: Successfully completed commercial or technical training.
  • Professional experience: Experience in order, export, customs clearance and customer service.
  • IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office applications and an ERP system.
  • Language skills: Good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
  • Specialist knowledge: Knowledge of agriculture or agricultural engineering is desirable.
  • Personal strengths: A high level of commitment, organizational talent, resilience and customer-oriented thinking round off your profile.
