Your tasks

  • Acceptance of orders from our international customers in close cooperation with our area managers
  • Checking of orders with regard to availability on the requested date, order confirmations and invoicing
  • Preparation of all necessary export documents for our international customers and partners
  • Preparation of the necessary customs and foreign trade documents, also by means of
    electronic data interchange
  • Independent correspondence with our branches and forwarding agencies
  • Transport planning and coordination of our machines in your area of responsibility

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training
  • Professional experience in order, export, customs processing and customer support
  • Confident use of MS Office applications and an ERP system
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, is a prerequisite
  • Agricultural, agricultural engineering knowledge is desirable
  • A high level of commitment, organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure as well as customer-oriented thinking round off your profile
