Your tasks
- Reporting and analysis: Preparation of detailed financial reports and analyses for the management and shareholders as well as support with planning and budgeting.
- Operational controlling: monitoring the financial performance of the subsidiaries, identifying efficiency potential, project controlling, support with accounting issues and consolidation of planning.
- Strategic controlling: developing and monitoring long-term financial strategies, conducting scenario analyses to support strategic planning, evaluating and supporting investment decisions and setting up profit center accounting.
- Investment controlling: preparation and administration of contracts, contract management and transfer pricing documentation; ongoing intercompany coordination
- Communication and reporting: Regular reporting to the management and close cooperation with subsidiaries and external stakeholders such as shareholders.
- Further development of reporting systems: Support and improvement of existing reporting systems as well as establishment and further development of an efficient controlling system to support the company management.
- Support for subsidiaries: support with accounting, reporting and planning issues for subsidiaries, including consolidation and validation of their financial plans.
What you bring with you
- Studies training: Completed degree in economics or comparable commercial training with further training.
- Experience: Several years of experience in investment controlling.
- Expertise Skills: Sound experience with ERP systems.
- Personality Communication: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured and organized way of working
