Your tasks

Coordination of a test operation: You plan, coordinate and implement the work steps in your area of responsibility. You will work closely with the company owners to achieve optimum results.
Analysis and optimization: You analyze the NEXAT system, identify potential for improvement and initiate technical adjustments. You record your findings in precise reports.
Team leadership: With your motivating manner, you give your colleagues (m/f/d) a boost, ensure clear structures and are the central point of contact for all operational issues.
Hands-on mentality: You are actively involved and use your own initiative to help ensure that operations run efficiently and smoothly.

What you bring with you

Study & experience: A successfully completed degree in agricultural sciences, agricultural economics or agribusiness or similar – ready to put your knowledge into practice. Initial work experience in an agricultural business is an advantage.
Personality & communication: Your open, outgoing nature and confident manner make you a convincing negotiator and valued team player.
Strategic thinking: You think strategically, work analytically and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
Enthusiasm: Your passion for the NEXAT system drives you to break innovative ground in the agricultural world
