Your tasks

• Management of a small team
• Results and future-oriented structuring of the purchasing department around the procurement processes
• Procurement of production and non-production materials
• Maintenance and further development of the supplier network with optimization of the supplier structure
• Design and management of global supplier relationships with regard to scheduling activities
• Regular monitoring and revision of the relevant scheduling and ordering parameters
• Preparation of forecasts for suppliers
• Inventory responsibility and management to achieve inventory targets
• Securing supply, bottleneck management, international supplier communication

What you bring with you

• Completed studies or commercial training with several years of professional experience in scheduling
• First management experience desirable but not a must
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge in the ERP area and confident handling of Microsoft Office
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills
• Negotiating skills
