Your tasks

• Supervise employees from the time they are hired to the time they leave and be a competent contact person during that time
• Evaluation of incoming applications and taking over the entire
  Applicant Management
• You place job advertisements via various channels and recruit interesting
  applicants in this way
• Administrative personnel work (preparation of employment contracts, references, etc.)
• Supporting activities in personnel processing
• You support the executives in an advisory capacity when questions
  arise
• Processing of special projects, such as the establishment of an electronic personnel file,
  round off your area of responsibility

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, with advanced training as a
  Human resources specialist (gn) or a business administration degree
• You have professional experience and are therefore able to work on projects independently
• You like to bring in new ideas and round out your profile with an independent and
  proactive way of working
• You enjoy working in a team and have a high degree of service and
  Service orientation as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness
