Your tasks
- Spare parts portal and after-sales service: Further development of an innovative spare parts portal, taking into account the latest technologies and possibilities.
- Interface and coordination: mediation between global service hubs and the head office as well as representation of the Spare Parts division.
- Disposition and planning: planning the replacement and storage of spare parts in an international environment
- Training and courses: Expansion of the NEXAT Academy as well as preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external training courses and creation of training documents.
- Conception and technical documentation: Development of learning content and technical documentation for internal knowledge management (wiki)
What you bring with you
- Studies training: A successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable training as a master craftsman or technician.
- Organizational Talent Strategic Thinking: Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking and the ability to focus on the essentials.
- Communication expertise: Sociability and a confident manner when communicating specialist knowledge, both internally and externally.
- Experience: Sound experience in the field of agricultural engineering or in comparable sectors.
- Service orientation willingness to travel: For you, service is more than just a concept – you live it and are prepared to demonstrate your expertise on international stages.
- Language skills: You use your good command of English to communicate globally. Additional foreign language skills are an advantage, but not a must.
